Direct-to-film

(DTF)

DTF is similar process to DTG, but instsead of printing directly onto the garment, the image is printed onto a film. The film is then pressed onto the garment with a heat press to transfer the image from the film to the garment.

This process allows us to print on heat sensitive materials like polyester without worrying about dye migration or damaging the garment. There are also other benefits like some colors tend to "pop" more, and less ink consumption compared to DTG.

No minimums!!

Just like DTG, DTF printing opens up a world of possibilities. Since everythig is digital, there is no need to set up screens, saving everyone time, energy, and most importanlty cash on those smaller orders.

Two of the biggest advantages DTF printing offers is the ability to print on heat sensitive garments, and super crisp images with vibrant colors.

Sports teams, clubs, many other people, and industries prefer to wear moisture wicking material like polyester. Polyester along with other materials can melt under the high heat required to cure the ink used in the image or cause the dye in the material to react, and bleed.

Being able to apply the image at a lower temperature makes this whole process much easier, safer, and utilizes less energy.
